A New Cultural Hub in Kamakura

The Kamakura Bunkakan Tsurugaoka Museum opened in 2019 with a new mission, succeeding the Museum of Modern Art Kamakura which closed in 2016. The museum aims to be a new cultural hub in Kamakura, conveying the area's history and culture from a variety of perspectives.
