Tsurugaoka Bunko

The Tsuruoka Bunko is an institution for the management and academic research of the Tsuruoka Hachiman-gu Shrine's collections and books. Currently, the museum is not open to the public, nor is it open for tours or lending of books and other materials. Throughout the year, the Tsuruoka Bunko offers “Tsuruoka Bunko Lectures” (by appointment only) to learn about Kamakura and Japanese history and culture.
